In the afternoon, it's likely Russell and Tim. In the evening, you may talk with Bruce or Lynn, but the standard never changes. An efficient, affordable and accessible place you can call your home.
This gym was built and maintained on steady consistency. At Goal's we will always have a solid training environment, and the lowest price for our members.
