Apela Strength & Fitness offers a number of options for all of your training needs:

Apela Lifting Club: Wednesdays at 18:00 and Sundays at 09:00 and 10:00, based in Columbia, Washington. Your first class is free, the £5 after that.

Personal Training: DM to discuss your goals and what days/times you want to train. Based in Columbia, Washington.

Online Coaching: like having a personal trainer in your pocket. Get a plan for your training, including all exercises, sets, reps, and weights you are to use, in your own gym or training space.

The goal with all options is the same: to make women stronger and realise what their body is capable of doing.

Don't exercise to shrink: train to become the strongest and most physically capable version of yourself!

Come and learn how to lift weights with the Apela Strength & Fitness community!

These ladies are positive, welcoming, and will support you every step of the way.

Every single one of them has been in the position that you are: wanting to exercise with weights but unsure how or where to start.

Some have been training with Apela for years: others have started in the last few weeks. All are making brilliant progress and building confidence.

Our women-only small group sessions are held on Sundays at 09:00 and 10:00, and Wednesdays at 18:00, in Columbia, Washington.

First session is free, and only £5 per class after that.

With online coaching, following a consultation where we discuss your aims, you will receive:

👉 A training programme on our app that is fully personalised to you and what you want to achieve.

👉 Weekly review and update of you training programme based on your feedback.

👉 Full support via WhatsApp (text or call) for any questions you have during your training sessions.

👉 Feedback on lifting techniques to help improve every lift that you do.

Yes, you could follow a generic programme or app, but if you are consistently investing time into your training, why would you not want to maximise your results by using Apela Coaching to provide you with a personalised plan for success?

Essentially it is like having a personal trainer in your pocket, but at a fraction of the cost!

With our training programmes, following a consultation you will get:

👉 A one-off programme based on your personal goals

👉 Advice on how long to run the programme for and how to modify it going forward.

👉 Tips and advise on how to perform each lift to maximise its benefit.

With the recent rise in popularity of weight-loss jabs, the race to get to size zero is more powerful and present than ever.

This type of dieting, extreme cardio and weight loss can cause many issues, including:

Training for a couple of weeks, then sacking it off means you're either making your journey towards your goals take longer, or may mean that you never actually achieve them.
