Patricia Shaw & Women of Excellence Hi, I’m Patricia Shaw, and I began on this journey to inspire the soul of every woman. But only if they are entered into with readiness and intention.

Women of Excellence helps women heal from heartbreak, grief, and life’s transitions, deepen their faith, reclaim their identity, build healthy relationships, and confidently walk in purpose. Dr. Patricia Shaw - Christian Relationship Coach
Forging Loving Bonds Through Passion, Purpose, Faith

As a Christian Relationship Coach and founder of The Purposed Woman Inner Circle, I help lead women to their definition of relationship success so they can find rapture in the warm embrace of love rather than fear it. Gently nudging her to overcome her limiting beliefs so she could attract a life partner that fulfills her heart and needs on every level. Relationships have the ability to raise us up and elevate our being to new heights. The scope of my work comes down to empowering Christian women in 3 key areas:

Readiness Coaching
By addressing questions like “who am I?”, “what do I want?” and “how do I get what I want?”, I guide women from all walks of life to achieve clarity and readiness for entering into future relationships. So they can remove fear from the equation and forge meaningful bonds for personal growth. Attraction Coaching
Attraction Coaching focuses on helping women meet their life partner through potent visualization techniques. When a woman creates a blueprint of their unique needs in a relationship, they can manifest the partner they desire while staying true to the core of who they are. Pre-Commitment Coaching
This is all about helping new couples be conscious and objective about their future together. To use pre-commitment as a guiding light for happiness, security, and contentedness in their relationships and personal lives. These are the cornerstones of The Purposed Woman Inner Circle. Fill Your Heart With Abundant Bliss
If you’ve been burnt, scorched, broken by failed relationships in the past, please reach out. Part of manifesting relationships with purpose starts within. By pacifying the “war on love” that many women struggle with in their minds, you can begin to lay a foundation for a life filled with abundant bliss. There is purpose inside of me!

Dear sister, you were not created merely to exist, survive, pay bills, and make it through another day. You were designed to carry something this world needs.

Your gifts are not accidental. Your voice is not insignificant. Your testimony is not meaningless. Even the places where you have struggled can become the very places from which you serve others.

Purpose can survive disappointment. Purpose can breathe beneath grief. Purpose can wait through delay. What God placed inside of you is still there, even if pain made you forget it for a while.

Stop shrinking to fit into rooms that were never designed to hold your calling. Stop questioning whether you have something valuable to offer. You do.
Give God your yes—even if your voice trembles. Obedience does not require perfection; it requires willingness.

Declare it boldly: “I was created intentionally, called purposefully, and equipped to make a difference!”

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works…” —Ephesians 2:10 KJV

The pain you feel today will not always be your story.

Dear grieving woman, I know it may feel as though your heart will hurt this deeply forever—but it will not always be this heavy.

One day, you will laugh without guilt, remember without falling apart, and breathe without having to remind yourself how. It gets better—not because you forget the person you love, but because God teaches your heart how to carry the love without being crushed by the loss.

Healing will not happen all at once. Take it one day, one prayer, and one breath at a time. The tears may still come, but so will strength. So will peace. And, little by little, so will joy.

“…weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” —Psalm 30:5 KJV

My wounds do not make me unworthy!

Hey, friend—what hurt you is not allowed to define you.

Heartbreak may have changed you. Loss may have left an empty space. Betrayal may have made trusting difficult. But none of it diminished your value in the eyes of God.

God does not discard broken hearts; He draws near to them. He gathers the shattered pieces, pours grace into the wounded places, and creates strength where pain once lived.

Healing does not mean pretending it never happened. It means what happened no longer controls how you see yourself, how you love, or how you live.

You are not damaged goods. You are a woman being restored. Your scars are not symbols of shame; they are evidence that the wound did not win.

Give yourself permission to heal slowly, honestly, and completely. God is not rushing you—He is restoring you.

Declare it with faith: “I have been wounded, but I am still worthy. I have been broken, but God is making me whole!”

“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.” —Psalm 147:3 KJV

God is working in the background. It may be getting late, but you are not forgotten. What He promised will arrive at the appointed time.

I am still becoming!

Dear sister, do not despise the unfinished places in your life. God is not embarrassed by your process, and He has not abandoned the work He began within you.

Growth does not always look glamorous. Sometimes it looks like starting over, setting a boundary, admitting you need help, or choosing differently than you did before.

You may not be where you want to be, but thank God you are no longer where you used to be. Every lesson, tear, prayer, and courageous step is shaping the woman you are becoming.

Stop comparing your journey to someone else’s finished picture. You are not behind—you are being developed. God is still healing your heart, renewing your mind, strengthening your faith, and preparing you for what is ahead.
Be patient with yourself. The Master is still working.

Declare it today: “I am growing, I am healing, and I am becoming everything God created me to be!”

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it…” —Philippians 1:6 KJV

When Everything Changes, God Remains
The words of an old song crossed my mind the other day as I thought about how completely my life has changed since my husband passed.

Grief has taught me that change does not always knock gently. Sometimes it enters suddenly and rearranges everything—the sound of your home, the rhythm of your days, the plans you made, and even the way you see yourself.

Life as I knew it changed. The chair became empty. Familiar routines became memories. “We” became “me,” and I had to begin learning how to breathe in a life I never expected to live.

But one thing we can be sure of is this: even though our lives change, God does not.

The God who blessed me through nearly 37 years of marriage is the same God sustaining me in widowhood. The God who walked with me through love is still walking with me through loss. My circumstances changed, but His character did not. His hand is still upon me. His grace is still carrying me. His promises are still true.

Dear sister, when life becomes unfamiliar, do not confuse changing circumstances with a changing God. He may not return life to exactly what it was, but He will faithfully walk with you as you discover what life can still become.

So today, I declare: “My life has changed, but my God has not. I am still held, still loved, and still becoming.”

“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” —Hebrews 13:8 KJV

I am chosen, called, and claimed by God!

Hey, friend—never confuse being overlooked by people with being forgotten by God.

People may fail to recognize your value. They may exclude you, underestimate you, or make you feel as though you do not belong. But their inability to see you does not change what God placed inside of you.

You do not have to audition for a place God has already assigned to you. You do not have to beg for validation when Heaven has already called your name.
Rejection may redirect you, but it cannot revoke your calling. Closed doors may disappoint you, but they cannot cancel God’s plan. What belongs to you will never require you to lose yourself trying to obtain it.

So lift your head, dear sister. You are not forgotten, abandoned, or invisible. You are known by God, chosen with intention, and held securely in His hands.

Declare it boldly: “I may have been overlooked by people, but I have always been seen by God!”

“Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.” —Isaiah 43:1 KJV

I am fearfully and wonderfully made!

Hey, friend—never forget that no matter what you are going through, you were designed by God.

You are not an accident, an afterthought, or a mistake. You were formed with intention, wrapped in purpose, and created by a God who knew every chapter of your story before you ever took your first breath.

What happened to you may have wounded you, but it cannot rewrite the hands that formed you. Rejection may have bruised your heart, but it did not erase your worth. Loss may have changed your life, but it did not cancel your purpose. Pain may have slowed your steps, but it cannot steal the destiny God placed within you.
Stop allowing a temporary season to give you a permanent name. You are not your failure. You are not your heartbreak. You are not what they said about you. And you are certainly not the worst thing you have survived.

You are God’s workmanship—still chosen, still valuable, still becoming, and still carrying something this world needs.

So lift your head, straighten your crown, and remind yourself: “God designed me, grace is sustaining me, and this season will not destroy me!”
“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works…” —Psalm 139:14 KJV
