We where back at Thunder Road International Speedbowl on Thursday, and tried a few things different in the setup, kept tweaking it all night and got it close but still need some changes before next week.

We fired off 5th in our heat race and went back and forth but ended up finishing 5th.
Our handicap had us starting 13th in the feature where we where making forward progress till we got stuck in traffic and pulled back to 17th. We were able to get back to 10th for the finish. Looking forward to getting back this Thursday for our first 75 lap triple crown race of the season.

Picked up our first Flying Tiger win Last Night!🏁

We unloaded with a fast Car but and made some minor adjustments to get it ready for race time. We started 3rd in our heat race but got stuck on the outside casusing us to fall back a few positions.

For the feature, we rolled off P5 and worked our way up to first place by the half way mark. There was a couple cautions and we lost the lead on a restart, but fought back with 8 to go where we pulled ahead for the win.

I got to thank my crew and Dad especially for putting in the hours in to help me get this car turned around over the winter and preparing it every week. I need to thank the sponsors that make this possible.

After the last 2 weeks of racing getting rained out. We are getting back to Thunder Road International Speedbowl for weekly Thursday night racing.

Traditional Thursday nights at Thunder Road begin on Thursday June 4th, 2026 with "Super Thursday" presented by McGee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Barre and the New England Supermodified Series!

We had a great opening day at Thunder Road International Speedbowl, after the snow cleared and track was dry. In practice we made some small changes to the car to get it race ready. There has been alot of hours put into the car this winter to upgrade it and make it faster for this season, We where able to see those efforts pay off with consistent speed all weekend and coming up one spot short in the heat race and Feature. We will look to build off the second place finshes, for our next championship Points counting race on Memorial day weekend.

We are back at the track for the first weekend of racing for 2026! We have a car show till 11 for today and practice to follow. Tomorrow we start racing at 1:30 for the first race this season.

This weekend we ended our race season at Thunder Road International Speedbowl with the Milk bowl weekend, which is our biggest event of the year.

Saturday we time trialed for our starting spot in segment 1, we ended up qualifying 7th out of 30 cars. In the first segment we where a little too tight and after dealing with an impatient competitor, we lost crusial spots. with such a close competitive field, we were not able to get the spots back and ended up 15th.

Sunday we started 12th in our second segment (the field gets inverted from segment #1) our outside lane got dragged back and we where on our way back up through the field, when we got caught up in a wreck. We suffered some damage, which caused some ill handling. We eventually fell back to 15th again, giving us a 15th overall finish for the weekend.

We have had a tough year but where able to find some speed in the car this weekend after finding a big problem that has hindered us all year and looking to make more improvements over the winter and be a contender next year. Thank you to the sponsors and crew for all the support this season.

We had a busy weekend with a race Thursday night and Sunday.

Thursday was a frustrating night with having a tire issue while battling for the lead in our heat race, causing us to finish last. Which started us in the back of the feature. After a couple restarts when the car started getting better, we spun avoiding a stack up and without a caution we had to hunt the field back down under green but ran out of time.

Sunday was a great day for racing and we had good speed in practice which continued throughout the day. We were able to pick up the heat race win but after rolling through tech we had a small infraction which caused us to start in the 26th position. It was a challenging feature race where we ran the outside groove but climbed our way up to 17th. Unfortunately with a few laps left a slower car ended up pushing us back to a 20th finishing position.

We have this Thursday off but will be back at Thunder Road International Speedbowl on 9/11 for another 100 lap feature.

Thursday night we had a 100 lap feature event. We found a problem in our front suspension after the Thursday 8/14 race. We worked hard this week to get it corrected before this week's race. We now have a more consistent car but got to re-learn what it wants. The car was solid in practice but for our qualifying race we didn't make enough of an adjustment on the car to keep up with the changing track conditions.

We started 26th in the feature and pitted during a caution on lap 22 for adjustments, which helped us get off the corners. We were able to race around the lower 20s most of the night, but we lost powersteering with no warning coming to the green on a restart, unfortunately causing us to get into a competitor. The rest of the race the car kept getting better and we where racing around the 20th position but an untimely caution put us a lap down and ended up in the 24th position. We will be back Thursday night to keep battling for our rookie of the year lead.

Last Thursday night at Thunder Road International Speedbowl the car was the best it's been all season. We had 2 features (one was a make up from a rain out), the first feature we started 22nd. We were coming forward when traffic pulled us back and unfortunately I got into the wall causing the right rear tire to start going down and handling to go away. After fixing problems from feature number one we went into our heat race where we qualified for our handicap with a p4. That put us in the front for our normal feature race where we held our own and were battling with top points guys in the top 10 till a slip up out of four had me finding the wall again and losing a few spots and falling back to 11th. We keep seeing improvements each week and will be back this Thursday hoping to better last week's results.
