What an absolutely amazing day for a hike! Since it was just the two of us we changed up the plan a little bit and decided to summit Black Balsam and then go summit Sam Knob… what. a. workout. 😅 Be sure to let me know if you want more hikes added to the schedule!!

FIT Club went to Buti Yoga today at .mill and it was so much fun!!! Brought a newbie with me today and we had a blast! We then ventured through the and ended our little adventure with Such a great start to the afternoon! Join us next time!

Next event will be Monday at 6:00 and we will be walking our pups at the Sylva Greenway!
