It’s almost 2025, will you be joining us for this next session of Strong & Calm semi-private group personal training that runs from January 2 to February 25?

Work on your power, hypertrophy, endurance and more in a fully accessible space. Bring towel, water vessel & dark humour.

Semi-private, bodypositive group personal training at Vivarium Urban Fitness, 399 Arlington.

8 weeks for $235

Sunday at 10am

Tuesday at 6am or 7am
Tuesday 4:30pm

Thursday at 6 or 7am
or 5:30pm

Visitor parking alongside the building off Arlington Avenue.
