If anybody has any tips for living rollercoaster of life rn & rollercoaster of self-employed life, we be looking for tips! 🤣 Till then we embracing it all! Join us on Sunday 31st May at 12pm for our Community Kirtan. Paul will be leading us through mantras in Sanskrit, English, Irish & more!
Everybody is welcome to attend and absolutley no experience required. This is a co-created Community space, so bring most importantly your heart ♥️, and then your voice, any instruments you may want to play and also your silence too if that is what is with you on the day!

It's been a moment since our Bealtaine celebrations, life has been so full of classes, events & life happenings that we only getting to this now!

I'm gonna be real here guys, this week has been one of the most intense of 2025 (I'm still working off the old calender, internally at least!)

Almost zero emotional rest or calm except when teaching classes, and maybe asleep.. or chatting & crying with friends. Anybody else here feeling these last crazy few weeks of our snake skin year been shedded?
✨️
It's the most uncomfortable I've felt in a good 8+ years. No wise words yet but that when you stop people pleasing, people stop being pleased. And that is a f**ckn a hard pill to swallow for everyone, self included. So much more to write on this snake skin shed year, in time to come. Would love to hear your honest experiences too, at least some of it! How has last while been for you? What have you been shedding?

really did call me crazy & later interviewed me for their prospectus. More on this later, but for now, just pray to God for what does not yet exist, creating strength for you to create it, though we may not know the path yet. Some call it manifestation, i spose.😉😜

So so cranky these last few days feeling the pressure of the world to be ready by Jan 1st,or 5th!😂
Secretly for the last 3 years I've been marking my New Year at home with me Papa with the Chinese calender. (maybe been doing that my whole life...) I didn't feel cranky before, just indifferent to our silly western calender (gregorian).

This year actually feeling angry about it. And having to remind myself that, it's OK not to be ready, we have a whole 2 more months to be ready in time for Spring.

So if like me, you feeling cranky, this may be why. You're physically just not ready. Also, we just stopped running around like a week ago, and now they expect us to be ready to go again!!??
