Be reminded that cellphones are not allowed during the proceedings. This is a violation that is clear in our ground rules and are provided in your undertakings. One specific applicant is to provide his written explanation stating his side for violating this ground rule. He is to state a compelling reason why he should be allowed to join the rest of the PMDE proceedings.
