Today’s is my (feeble) attempt of a TRX and resistance band knee tuck and push-up combo from . I agree with — yes, he did set up the straps with such ease....unlike me 😂😂. That being said, once I figured out the push-up (the first one was not good for my back 😬) I really felt the 🔥🔥🔥. This is NOT easy. Slow and steady wins this race. What a creative move👍
Thanks for the challenge. For me it’s still a
Special thanks to 🎥 TRX Training

This is only part of my workout today with Michael hero. Does he know how old I am 😬😉? Clearly not 😂. This was my last circuit of the day — 80°, sunny and windy and it was hard! Not going to complain about the weather though...it’s been a long winter. And of course we added those pull-ups ( ). Three sets of this final circuit and I felt the 🔥🔥🔥 from head to toe.

Today’s is an attempt 🙄 at and TRX and resistance band chest press and row exercise combos. The difficult part was finding the correct resistance of the band. Using lighter bands for the chest press was actually harder on the core since they have so much “give”. The chest press was so challenging. I was working my whole body from head to toe 🔥🔥🔥🔥. The row was great too💪💪. Yes, fun and what a great idea!
Thanks for the great challenge TRX Training
Happy Friday 😊

Watch until the end so you can see my son try today’s as inspired by 💪 Of course, he was my videographer and had to show me up wearing street shoes and dress clothes while performing these push-ups (and single-legged). Yes, his form could be better....but those shoes.... 🙄😂. Anyway 😉, these double BOSU push-ups were not easy!! I was working so hard keeping my feet on, core engaged, glutes squeezed while attempting the push-ups💦💦💦 🔥🔥🔥. Kevin always has amazing posts and they are outdoors with beautiful weather ☀️ . Thanks for the challenge 💪👍👌I’ll post the bloopers soon 😜

Today’s is courtesy of — An amazing fitness and TRX Black Rank Coach 👍. This TRX Inverted Row with my feet on a bench was not easy. Pulling myself into the row while keeping a neutral spine, and my core and glutes engaged was challenging. All I could eke out was 10 good reps💦 This exercise really proves how important good form is! TRX Training
Thanks for the great challenge💪

Today’s is inspired by who reposted from 👍. This BOSU and Med Ball exercise works on ankle stability in all planes of motion. I was surprised how difficult this exercise was. The balance required while moving into the modified single-leg deadlift while moving the med ball was incredibly challenging. Since I had my foot surgery, I certainly need this kind of work 💪👍
Thanks for the challenge and thank for filming 😊
Happy Friday 😃

Today’s inspiration is from and her amazing TRX moves👍. At the time, Kari had not named this inverted row/rotation move 🤷‍♀️. Regardless, it was challenging and difficult. Keeping my feet planted firmly so I could lift myself into the move was not easy💪. And so true, TRX exercises underneath the anchor point are great exercises and this move really worked my back.
Thanks for the challenge! And thank you Joey Hamer for filming me yet again. TRX Training

This is only part of my leg day hero. Michael added cardio using the slide board (love those mountain climbers) and plyo box jumps (21” today) to the circuits 💦. The StrongBoard Windmills are more difficult than they look-balancing was challenging. He had me use a 20lb kettlebell for those swings - wasn’t sure I could do it, but I did👍. Performed 10 reps of each, 3 sets and one minute of the slide board. Great workout today💪💪

Today’s is inspired by the amazing and strong 👍 This TRX and BOSU pike into push-up is intense 💦💦. The set up alone was challenging. I was not sure I could perform that pike, yet I did it (not sure how many I could do-I eked out 6)! I am grateful to my son for filming me in his gym and of course for spending the day with his mom ☺️
Thanks for a great challenge, Sheri
Happy Friday 😊

This I HAD to show you, as embarrassing as it is, my attempt at the strong and amazing plank using a stability ball and BOSU. Yes, this was a challenge I could barely do the plank, and she even lifted her top leg 💪 This was not only a core challenge for me, my shoulder was on 🔥. I will definitely try this exercise again and hopefully do it justice.
Thanks for the challenge
Happy Friday 😊

Part of my leg day yesterday. Michael incorporated these moves into many of my circuits. Love the plyo!! Oh, and let's not forget the pull-ups-- unassisted is my 2018 goal!

Today’s is inspired by and
This plank/row (top video) using CoreFlytes is NOT EASY. Working my entire body!
1️⃣ My videographer (son 😉) took me away from my cardio session so I was already drained
2️⃣ I AM in neutral spine (sometimes it doesn’t look like it)
3️⃣Squeezing my abs and glutes like nobody’s business 💦
4️⃣Decided to add some mountain climbers (bottom video) just for fun 🙄💪
This is a deceivingly difficult exercise. Thanks for the challenge FlyteCrew
Happy Friday 😊
