Had to go get some more with the bossman aka THE VP ‼️ We fished the on lake the ozarks and ended up with 19.55. That landed us in 4th place out of 200 boats. Missed 2nd by .04 # and first by 1.5 #. Sometimes it be like that. Nonetheless a fun ass day on the water. Glad I was finally cool enough to go fishing with the young man 💪🏼 biggens

Kicked off the MLF5 Toyota series plains division with a 3rd place finish here on Lake of the Ozarks. Going into the final day I knew I had an opportunity to seal the deal but fell short of the big bite that I needed to get it done. Had a great tournament in the end and will not complain with a top 3 finish. God is good and blessed to even have the opportunity to fish let alone a chance to win. I know my times coming and each tournament is a lesson. My best friends showed up to weigh in and got to get in a couple pictures from Matt Brown Photography 📸 ‼️ Bohdi J wasn’t afraid to get up on stage but Evvy was haha As always thanks to my wife Erica Jelinek for watching the boys on my long days and keeping them tame. Hell of a weekend on Pickwick with my guy Mark Wiese 💪🏼 We fished the U.S. Angler's Choice championship and were fortunate enough to bring home 2nd place out of 245 teams. After day 1 we were leading with the biggest bag of the tournament over the two days which was a little over 26 pounds. We had a 7+ pound kicker which anchored that big bag. Day 2 we still caught them good with 22 pounds but in the end fell short of 1st place by .75 #. As much as it cringes me to lose by so little of a margin I will not take a 2nd place for granted. Very very blessed and fortunate to be able to do what I do and to have such an awesome outcome in a massive tournament. For our winnings we received some cash AND a BRAND NEW 2026 Basscat boat. Pretty dam awesome , Wiese had won a few boats before but this is a first for me 💪🏼 Shoutout to my wife Erica Jelinek for bein a saint over the last two weeks while I was gone. Also a big shoutout to all of my awesome sponsors for the support, they were a big reason we were able to bring home a great finish 🔥‼️

First open of the season on Sam Rayburn didn’t go quite as planned. Got me a nice kick in the you know what. Had a decent practice catching a couple just under 8 pounds that led me a stray and I didn’t make the right adjustments. Lesson learned! Bad tournaments make me realize how fortunate I am to be able to travel the country chasing fish. Thank you to my wife for keeping the sour patch kids under control while I’m gone 😂 Thank you to all my sponsors for the support because without you guys I am not able to do this! I will be back and better 💪🏼

Fished solo in the last Winter series and ended up with 17+ # thanks to these two heads. Unfortunately that was only good enough for a kick in the you know what… oh well had a good ol time catching them on the provoke using my 8616 ‼️ Big shoutout to , , and bassing Rob for keeping the Winter series going. One of my favorite circuits out there for the lake and best payout. A shame that we have so many great fisherman around the lake that don’t fish them all! Should support circuits that are great to keep them around 🤷‍♂️

Just under 19 # today in the Winter Series on Lake of the Ozarks was good enough for 3rd place with ‼️she was a little chilly with 37-39 degree water 🥶 still my favorite time of year to fish! Got another derb tomorrow let’s try and be cool like and catch 100 #
