New Zealand Cycle Trails had an idea to build a network of world-class cycle trails that would not only provide a safe and sustainable way to explore New Zealand’s special places, but also generate lasting economic, social and environmental benefits for surrounding communities. There are 23 Great Rides(predominately off road) as well as 20 Heartland trails (on scenic back roads) to range in location, grade, experience and more you can browse as you research.

John and Callum went on an epic Joyride cycling coast to coast in New Zealand. Starting in the east at Sumner Beach, Christchurch to Greymouth west coast. Elevation and head winds were a challenge, but John and Callum endured and completed the ride in 4 days 💪💪

Silk Road race is an unsupported bikepacking race in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. Currently ongoing from 15-29 August, 2026. One of the hardest bike races in the world, riders can expect approximately 1900km in distance, 30,000m of climbing, and 14 days to complete the route.

On August 9, 2026 Pauline Ferrand-Prevot won the final stage to become first French winner of Tour de France Femmes. TdF Femmes is an annual women’s cycle multi-stage race around France with 9 total stages.
