⚽ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: SCOTT MIDDLEMAN 🌎

What do England, China, Norway, Denmark, Florida, Cincinnati, and South Jersey all have in common?

They've all been stops on the incredible journey of Echelon member Scott Middleman.

Scott's story is one of resilience, perseverance, and purpose. From growing up as the son of a professional soccer coach in England, to overcoming career-threatening injuries, to playing professional soccer around the world, his path was anything but predictable.

Along the way, he learned a powerful lesson:

Life doesn't always take you where you planned to go—but sometimes the detours lead you exactly where you're meant to be.

Today, Scott dedicates his life to mentoring and developing young athletes, helping them navigate the same challenges and opportunities he once faced.

His story is a reminder that behind every member is a journey, a struggle, a dream, and a reason they walk through our doors.

What’s Up, Echelon Family!

It’s been a crazy process, but we’re almost there!

First, a huge thank you to all of our members for your patience and understanding during the roof project. We have about two more days of construction-related inconvenience to get through.

Tomorrow, Studio A will be closed while the roofing team completes work above Studio A and the stairwell area.

I also want to give a big shout-out to our team members who have stayed positive, adapted to the changes, helped with cleanup, and continued delivering a great experience for our members throughout the entire project.

As challenging as construction can be, these improvements are all part of our commitment to building Echelon for the future. Over the 18 months, we’ve invested heavily in our facilities, including:

✅ 8 new HVAC units
✅ New hot water heaters
✅ New heaters and boiler upgrades
✅ New pool heater
✅ New whirlpool heater
✅ New Air Handler
✅ Brand-new roof
✅ 1st of 4 shipment of NEW Equipment
✅ Painted the Pool area
✅ More upgrades still on the way including but not limited to New look a feel upgrades, New Lockers & Services!

These investments aren’t just for today—they’re helping position Echelon for the next 10, 20, and even 30 years.

We know the construction noise, temporary closures, and disruptions haven’t been ideal, but we’re excited about what’s ahead and appreciate every member who has stuck with us through the process.

Always improving. Always investing. Always building a better Echelon.

As we celebrate 10 YEARS of Echelon Health & Fitness Voorhees and 3 YEARS of Audubon, we wanted this anniversary to mean more than just a party… we wanted it to make an impact.

This year, we are honored to support Prayers For Addi and help raise money for local families in Voorhees, Audubon, and Marlton battling pediatric heart conditions and other hardships.

Addilynn “Addi” Byo has inspired so many people through her courage, strength, and fight through congenital heart disease. Her story is a reminder that every heartbeat matters and that community is at its strongest when people come together for something bigger than themselves. ❤️
