How do we turn an idea into a finished drinkware or cooler product?

Not every brand starts with a ready-made mould.

Instead, most began with just an idea, a sketch, or even a picture with not-so-high resolution.

Over the last 50+ years, we’ve defined a clear, reliable OEM workflow that takes a concept all the way to a production-ready sample. Here is how it works

✅️ Customer brief: You share your idea, reference image, or your customers’ requirements. Then we will have the preliminary internal review meeting to double-check the project's feasibility.

✅️ 2D drawing: Our engineers(technical and design ones) turn the idea into a precise technical drawing. A second reviewing meeting with customers will be arranged in time to make sure the design is on the right track.

✅️ 3D modelling: We build a full 3D model to visualize shape, structure, and fit. Then discuss with customer again to ensure all details outside and inside are aligned with your expectations.

✅️ Prototype&mould: After all designs are confirmed, we develop the mould and produce the first physical prototype.

✅️ Sample approval – After test internally, the sample will be sent to you for test and awaiting for your feedback.

After vacuum and thermol testing. We come into the final steps:

✅Polishing: brings each surface to a smooth, mirror-like finish.
✅Painting lays on color with even coverage and durability.
✅Engraving turns personalization into lasting detail, line by line.
✅Packaging closes the loop: every piece is inspected, wrapped, and ready for whoever takes it home.

【The making of a GINT bottle series 】- step 5.

Remove the air.

Each bottle goes into a vacuum furnace. It draws out gases hiding inside the steel, and the pumps clear what's left until almost nothing is in there. That "almost nothing" is the whole point.

With no air in the gap, heat has no easy way through. That's why your coffee can still be hot in midnight, and your iced drink still cool the next morning.

The hard part is getting the same result on every single bottle, day after day, that's what we need: the right equipment, the right timing, and the people who don't take shortcuts on the steps no one sees.

The seam you can't see.
The seal you can trust. 💪

We use laser welding,a beam of light melts the steel where the two walls meet, making a bond stronger than the metal itself.

What it means for you:
✅ No extra material
✅ No weak spot
✅ No leaks over time

One tiny gap, the bottle will lose the insulation forever. That's why we don't take that chance.

Skipping ultrasonic cleaning? Here’s what happens next.

After step 2, the steel is still coated with oil, dust, and tiny metal bits from machining.If you skip real cleaning, this is what you may get:
💢 Gunk stuck in tiny gaps the eye can’t see easily
💢Weak weld areas that maybe crack under load
💢A higher chance of tiny leaks in the vacuum space later

That’s why we don’t treat cleaning as an extra step. Every cup goes through our multi-stage ultrasonic line.
