How do we turn an idea into a finished drinkware or cooler product?
Not every brand starts with a ready-made mould.
Instead, most began with just an idea, a sketch, or even a picture with not-so-high resolution.
Over the last 50+ years, we’ve defined a clear, reliable OEM workflow that takes a concept all the way to a production-ready sample. Here is how it works
✅️ Customer brief: You share your idea, reference image, or your customers’ requirements. Then we will have the preliminary internal review meeting to double-check the project's feasibility.
✅️ 2D drawing: Our engineers(technical and design ones) turn the idea into a precise technical drawing. A second reviewing meeting with customers will be arranged in time to make sure the design is on the right track.
✅️ 3D modelling: We build a full 3D model to visualize shape, structure, and fit. Then discuss with customer again to ensure all details outside and inside are aligned with your expectations.
✅️ Prototype&mould: After all designs are confirmed, we develop the mould and produce the first physical prototype.
✅️ Sample approval – After test internally, the sample will be sent to you for test and awaiting for your feedback.
