What is your real goal in the gym? are you taking the right steps to get there? If not re-prioritize and find a better path toward your goals!

I see this all the time, guys who want to get bigger and yet only lift as heavy as possible every session they are in the gym instead of focusing on the squeeze within the muscle which keeps more tension for a longer period of time and helps the muscles grow!

If your main goal is muscular size, then this training info is for you.

'The Monday Mindset' One of my clients sent this to me after we were talking about dissipate and not being so hard on yourself. Most people think that when it comes to working out or dieting that they must be flawless in order to be healthier or lose weight. Incorrect!!!

I am not flawless in my diet either. We all make mistakes or splurge during the week. Don't be so hard on yourself and learn from each slip-up. Once you do slip-up just refocus and get back on track right away. No waiting till Monday, or even the next day. Correct your diet starting at your next meal. Don't throw away all your hard work and progress because of one mistake! Remember that any improvement in your diet/workout is progression and over time you can keep improving which will lead to major gains over years.

It's sometimes called "The Monday Mindset," and it's the number one mistake you're making over and over again.
