3 reasons why timing is important in fitness & in life:
1️⃣ Patience is part of the process. Sa fitness, hindi agad nakikita ang results. Same in life, just because it’s not working out now doesn’t mean it won’t work out at all.
2️⃣ Recovery is still progress Hindi porket nagpapahinga ka, tumitigil ka na. Your body and your life sometimes need space to recover before growing again.
3️⃣ Some things unfold better with time, forcing progress too early can backfire. Same in life, minsan may mga bagay na mas nagme-make sense kapag hindi minadali.
