What I’m working on personally right now.
Even as a nutritionist, I’m still working on my habits too.
Midlife has a way of reminding you that
health isn’t something you “finish.”
It’s something you keep practicing.
Right now I’m focusing on a few simple things:
• slowing my mornings down
• protecting my energy during the day
• not rushing through meals
• creating more recovery in my week
Not because things are falling apart…
but because midlife works better when you listen to your body.
Less pushing.
More awareness.
Small adjustments make a big difference over time.
