Vegan in Thailand 🇹🇭

We ate some incredible food everywhere we went! A lot of pad Thai, plenty of curries, multiple spring rolls, local dishes and lots of fully vegan restaurants too!

1️⃣ fully vegan Thai fine dining in Bangkok for New Year!

2️⃣ Pad Thai at , Chiang Mai

3️⃣ Mr Green rainbow rolls, Chiang Mai

4️⃣ All the noodles and pad Thai in the overwhelmingly busy but incredible

5️⃣ + 6️⃣ all the veganised local dishes, Bangkok

7️⃣ Massaman - our favourite and pad see ew, Koh Lanta

8️⃣ + 9️⃣ THE BEST spring rolls and chicken and green curries Koh Phi Phi

🔟 Final meal had to be pad Thai along with veganised local chicken and cashew nut dish, Phuket

Last day of coaching and teaching 2024 ✅

This year has been truly awesome. After 6 years, a pandemic and all the other lovely trials and tribulations of being self employed, I think I finally got to a place where I loved every part of my job this year. Everyday it felt like I was showing up in a way that was exactly aligned with my values as a person and as a coach and it feels so good.

The year’s highlight has to be hosting my first yoga retreat - a goal that was 2 years in the making. 5 days of sharing my heart and soul with incredible people. It was equally emotionally exhausting as it was truly life-changing-ly beautiful and I cannot wait to do it again in May!

Coaching while pregnant… it’s been a rollercoaster!

I’m so happy that I can still do a job that I love and help people on their health journeys. It’s a very physical job so I’ve had to adapt and that’s actually been met with nothing but love and support.

People are kind and I’m feeling the love 💕

A real one! Compliment yourself in the supportive way that comes so easily when we compliment our best friends. Sometimes it’s so much harder to direct that love back to ourselves.

It can be small. It can be about anything. But it has to be genuine 😘

Self care advent calendar - Day 2 🌟

Reframe Mondays. Mondays get a bad rep. You “have to” go to work. You “have to” do some exercise. You “should” eat healthy. Often Mondays are seen as a high pressure day to make a good start to the week. But we can do that without the unnecessary language of “should and have to”.

Today I get to go to work. Even if I don’t love my job - it allows me to have a routine, to earn money, to do the things I want to do in my life.

Today I get to exercise. Yes sometimes it feels like hard work but I have the great privilege to move my body. This can be outdoors, in a gym, at home. Whatever you enjoy and suits your lifestyle. You could also do your Monday workout with a group of legends wearing moustaches!!

Today I can choose to eat healthily. This can mean different things for different people. Maybe hitting macros for your training goals. Maybe having a positive mindset and healthy relationship with food. Maybe enjoying festive foods with family. All of these things are healthy for each individual and having access to choice is something to be grateful for.

Whatever Monday brings for you - in your own way, can you practice gratitude for everything great about the start of a new week?
