Two lovely sessions tonight.

1st one is in Chester le street meeting in Riverside park 6.30.

2nd is in Sunderland, Seaburn Morrisons 6.30. The entrance near the roundabout.

It's looking lovely so get them trainers on and join the gang.

Today we have another 2 sessions, both in Chester le street.

Both are starting in Riverside park the 1st one is at 9.15 a.m and the 2nd one is at 6.30 p.m.

Sessions beginning w/c 11th May.

We have 2 fantastic runs happening tonight.

There is one in Washington meeting at the Catholic church carpark off village lane 6.30.

The other one is in Sunderland meeting at Mowbray park for 6.30.

Unfortunately we don't have a Friday night session.

Tonight's session in Washington is GNR training. You don't have to be running the GNR to attend. Also on offer is a 5k if you are fancying that distance
