🌊🐾Calling All Pool Pups! 🐾🌊

The swimming season is almost over, which means it's finally your dog's turn to dive in!

Join us for the Edmundson Pool Dog Swim on Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM as we turn the pool over to our favorite four-legged swimmers for one last splash of summer!

Whether your pup is a fearless dock-diver, a happy paddler, or just wants to wade around and make new furry friends, this is the event for them.

Grab a leash, a towel, and your dog's favorite toy, and join us for an afternoon of tail-wagging fun! Let's end the summer with a doggone good time!

Hurry, don't wait! Visit the Edmundson Pool now before the season runs out! The last day of the pool season will be Saturday, August 15, 2026.

There will be a dog swim on Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mark your Calendars!

Emma Whitt is this week's lifeguard of the week!

When Emma is on duty, whether as a lifeguard or an assistant manager, she is professional, vigilant, and kind. Emma does a great job of helping to enforce the rules of the pool and keeping patrons safe. She always does what she is asked with no complaints and makes sure that her tasks are done completely and efficiently. She is a team player and a great example of what we want to see in our guards.

Congratulations to Carys Snakenberg for being named Lifeguard of the week!

Carys is on year two of working as a Lifeguard. She has a great personality working with the public and her co-workers. Carys is locked in with keeping patrons safe when she’s on guard. She does an excellent job, in which she completes her tasks with passion and detail. We are fortunate to have her on staff. An Athlete at Oskaloosa High School, she brings maturity and a good work ethic to her job at the pool.

We would like to congratulate Hollie Roberts as our first Lifeguard of the Week!

Hollie is a perfect example of what a lifeguard should be. She always shows up on time, enforces rules with confidence, and goes the extra mile to be a preventative lifeguard. She never complains, does a great job with her cleaning duties, and is always willing to help others.

Keep up the great work, Hollie!
