Feeling so amazed looking at my change in this pose (Urdvha Dhanurasana/Upward Facing Bow) -- going from tight tight chest & shoulders, and the bend disproportionately distributed through my lower back, to today where my chest & shoulders have opened enough for me to straighten my arms and put my chest on the wall is so humbling and incredible. I'm so happy to see the bend more evenly distributed along the spine, and my hips higher whilst retaining engagement through the core and pelvic floor. As always, practice and all is coming
