SNAGA / STRENGTH
Čučnjevi, lunges, step-up vježbe.
Squats, lunges, step-ups.
OPREMA / GEAR
Trail patike su must.
Trail shoes are a must.
HIDRATACIJA / HYDRATION
Treniraj s flašom ili hydro pack-om.
Train with a bottle or hydro pack.
