Basingstoke Women's Walking Football Club We are a women's walking football club located in Basingstoke. What is Walking Football? This includes with the ball or off the ball and includes jogging.

Everyone welcome from those who have had some time out from the game, stepping away from running football to those that fancy giving football a try for the first time. Walking football is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times. Benefits of Walking

Football
Played on small pitches with small goals and games are normally 6-a-side. it can be played indoors, on artificial grass pitches or on natural grass. As in 5-a-side the ball must not go overhead height and all free kicks are indirect. Everyone welcome whether a beginner who has never kicked a ball before to those that are stepping back from running football.
