Happy Scottish Summer Solstice. An image captured by one of my lovely yogis. Yoga & brunch in the mist. The sun was nowhere to be seen, but it was beautiful to be out with my beautiful big bunch of yogis. Ahhh the Scottish weather, unpredictable as always.

I'm still teaching most Monday evening's, Saturday mornings & Thursday mornings over & during the summer school holidays. All on the beach. Embracing this one wild life we are given.

Feeling so grateful for the weather over the last few days. I've been out 3 days in a row for yoga on the beach with my classes. It seems so easy to cultivate gratitude out there practicing yoga on the beach, it lifts the soul completely. There are stunning moments of pure joy where everything else in life is put on pause. The joy just comes in without effort.

We are out there on sunny Thursday & Friday mornings 9.30am
& sunny Saturday mornings 8am

Hello everyone.

What a Summer it was! I taught so many lovely students over the Spring/Summer season outdoors on the beach. It was such an honour. I have so many beautiful memories. I look forward to next Spring already when we can head back outdoors to that stunning beach of ours.

Now we must head indoors to keep warm & nourished through the cooler months.
I have some lovely community venues, lovely big spacious ones.

*Monday&Tuesday evening 7.30pm
by candlelight at the NB Bowling Club

*Thursday&Friday morning 9.30am
NB Community Centre

*Saturday morning 8.45am
NB Bowling Club

Now that I am using some new & very spacious community venues, I finally have some room for extra students in my classes. So if you have always wanted to try my classes, or would love to come back, do let me know.

Monday evening is very full, waiting list only
Friday - space for 2 more.
But I do have some spaces left in my other classes.

Your first class is a gift.

Extra special Tuesday evenings by candlelight, just lovely!

Classes really are for most levels, certainly beginners through to more advanced. - many options given for each posture.

Too rainy today for beach yoga!
Class rescheduled
I will teach at 8.45am tomorrow instead. Sunny weather & low wind expected. Perfect beach yoga conditions tomorrow on our lovely North Berwick East beach.
