I’m excited to finally announce that Antonita and I have teamed up to host our first workshop together. This is a brand‑new experience we’ve created with so much intention—blending movement, breathwork, reflection, and seasonal renewal.

We can’t wait to share this space with you and welcome anyone who feels called to reset, reconnect, and step into spring with clarity and grounding.

Do Not forget Next Monday September 23 at 5:30PM Starts Yoga at CherryValley for 5 Weeks!

Starting October 1 till November 5 for 6 weeks I will be teaching Yoga at Diamonds Dance Studio!

If you take Yoga for 6 weeks it will be $90.

Walks-ins for Yoga will be $18

I Post this Yesterday! Felt I Should Share 💜🥰💜🥰

Many people have asked me this in the past couple of months. Now do not get offended understand that We as Instructors are Not for Everyone therefore we should not get offended when an Individual Does Not Return Back to Our Classes! 💜🥰💜🥰 Then there are times people are not ready to be challenged & that is totally Fine! Let it Go & Accept it with Grace! Everyone has their own perspective about what Yoga is or Should Be just Teach it with your Heart & genuinely and Your People will Show Up! 💜🩷💜🩷

Why do some people not like yoga?

If you've gone to a yoga class and left feeling like yoga isn't for you, it could have been the teacher. It could also have been the teaching style, or the language could have made the practice feel inaccessible. It could have been their tone of voice or their general energy and vibe.
