Kimball ran the Beaver Canyon Half Marathon every year and we will greatly miss this man! He would take our extra medals and give them to the children at Primary children’s Hospital. I think we are all grateful for the friendships/relationships we build while running, and especially with Kim!

Beaver Canyon Half Marathon is so excited to have these 2 ruck our race this year. We are honored and thankful for their service. They are for sure a power couple!
Last year, SGT Albrecht and SPC Bowles completed the Norwegian Foot March at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The event is a 30-kilometer (18.6-mile) ruck march with a required pack weight of 24 pounds (dry weight), designed to test endurance, speed, and mental toughness. It originated in Norway as a military readiness challenge and is now recognized internationally, with participants earning a badge if they finish within the time standard.

It was SPC Bowles first time doing the march, and she finished in 3 hours and 52 minutes. SGT Albrecht had completed it twice, with his fastest time being 3 hours and 30 minutes. The route was long and physically demanding, but they both completed it successfully.
