More Food Doesn’t Mean More Calories 😅

Weight loss can be a massive struggle for a lot of people and there’s many reasons why sticking to a calorie deficit is hard

But for some people, you genuinely just have no awareness of the calories you’re consuming

The oils, sauces, butter and full sugar drinks

All the hidden calories that don’t really fill you up

Hopefully this video puts things into perspective

One Day To Go 🫡

It’s been a mad 6 years for me personally

& the one thing that feels better than everything I’ve done for myself

Is helping other people do the same thing

Since starting the I’ve helped hundreds of people finally get the recognition they deserve

I give them the blueprint for viral content

But they are the ones with the passion and knowledge

I can’t help people that don’t have passion behind what they do

So if you just want followers or money then please don’t join

However if you have a message you want to get out to the world but you’re struggling to do that, I’d love to see you in there

The Most Incredible Day 💚

At we are extremely passionate about brining the online community to life with in person events

I’m always blown away to hear the incredible stories from our members

& days like this really put things into perspective in term of what’s actually been built

An Incredible Week at Home 🇮🇪❤️

One thing I’ve tried to do recently is access hindsight in the moment

& I know one day I’ll look back and realise that the period I’m currently living in, will be what I look back on with find memories

I understand fully how fortunate I am to be able to travel all over the world and I don’t take it for granted one bit

I also understand how important it is to be present and make time for family

Now that I’m at home less, I appreciate my time with them even more

Life is fleeting so it’s important not to take anything for granted

My oldest dog Oisin has deteriorated massively while I was away

He’s down to his last few days and it was difficult leaving him knowing I’d never see him again

At nearly 13 he has had a great life, and he will always be my first dog and what starter my love for them ❤️

Here’s to the next chapter and beyond 🫡

There’s no words that can emphasise enough how incredible this man’s journey has been

Day 18 - Galway 🇮🇪❤️

Can’t explain how special today was

Jordan has one of the most meaningful missions I have ever seen

He lost his Mum to FTD after caring for her for years

& now he’s found out himself and his brother Cian both have the gene and there’s a 99.9% chance they’ll get FTD in their 40’s

Jordan knows he’s going to have a short life if there’s no cure found

But he’s not lying down taking it

He’s doing everything in his power to raise money and find a cure

An absolute pleasure to run with this man today and speak about his story
