Graham Jones, what a ledge… kept this quiet, when some were enjoying themselves traversing a hill in North Wales

Just down the road in muddy Parc Eirias in Colwyn Bay, Graham was doing the second round of the Borth Wales Cyclocross Championship.

A spokesperson for the household was later heard to say….

Don't worry I….. sorry, he was crap. These were taken early on, at the end I … sorry, he had to hose himself down before being allowed in the house.

Top job Graham, no such thing as being Crap, but there is such a thing as being Crap Tri… top man Graham…

Also goes to show Cr@p Tri is everywhere …
