Not everyone needs advanced asana or expressive shapes to experience yoga.
Sometimes we need care, presence, and attunement.
Yoga extends beyond the physical. It’s less about how the shapes look, and more about how we arrive and feel in stillness, awareness, and relationship with ourselves and others.
My approach is rooted in honouring the origins and traditions of yoga, and how this practice lives beyond the mat in our daily lives, our relationships, and the way we interact with the world.
I collaborate with organizations and communities to create spaces where people can soften, reconnect, and feel a little more like themselves again.
If you’re holding space for healing, growth, or support and want to bring in something gentle, grounded, and restorative, we might be a good fit.

不是每個人都需要練高難度或華麗的體位法,才能體驗瑜伽的本質。有時候,我們更需要的是體驗當下與自我覺察。
瑜伽不只停留在身體的練習。
它不在於動作有多進階,而在於我們如何進入靜心與覺知,並與自己與他人建立更深的連結。
我所分享的瑜伽,源於對老師所傳承練習的尊重,並延伸到墊子之外,融入日常生活,體現在我們如何與自己、與他人,以及與世界互動之中。
我期待與頻率相近的機構與社群合作,一起創造讓我們能慢下來、重新連結自己,並找回內在感受的空間。
