I will continue to hone my skills and improve my knowledge to better serve my clients. So please feel free to help me better myself and business. We are, first and foremost, dreamers. We are dream chasers as well as dream builders. We understand the importance of having dream and living them. To us, it isn’t about lifting hundreds of pounds but lifting yourself up every time you fall. It isn’t about looking like a model but being a role model to those you love. It’s about respecting yourself enough to do what you said you’d do, and love yourself enough to give yourself the best. It’s about getting more out of life because you deserve it! What we do
Our mission is to be more than just fitness instructors. We want to be the link between you and your greater potential, starting first with your personal fitness. We will assess your current physical condition and establish a structured and progressive program to get you to your goals. We do this by training you corrective and conditioning exercises, promoting a foundation of healthy and clean eating, showing you different approaches to overcome your mental obstacles and build successful, beneficial habits. Using this method, we will able to help you uncover the reasons why you are at the current level and discover strategies to go on to the next. From then, you will realize that the principles that you used to improve your physical fitness are the same principles that will better your career, your relationships, and all other aspects.

Client E came to Acorn Health & Fitness four months post-op after having total major shoulder and elbow surgery on his right side. After having completed 12 weeks of physical therapy he was unable to lift his right hand above his lumbar spine behind his back. After just just three months at AHF, his right hand is well above his SI joint and almost as high as the left hand. He's also graduated to unrestricted lifting again.
