💥 In just ⏱️ 6 short weeks these women (and one more, that missed being in this photo) 💪 got in better shape, gained confidence, and gained some valuable tools to keep themselves and those they 🩵 love safe 💥

Given the options to either do another 6 week bootcamp or to make this a 🏛️ regular class, they have all decided to continue as a regular class at 🗓️ 7:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays!

💥 We're looking for some more women to finish filling this self-defense and fitness class up💥
