silver back academy in chantilly mma. We practice Monday 6:30pm, Tuesday at 6:30pm.

It’s 149 per month and that includes all grappling classes. Including nogi bjj, gi bjj, and wrestling

Virginia’s premier and only adult freestyle wrestling class. Coach Batchka Zulkhuu , a 2012 VA state champion and a 5 year college wrestler at Lindenwood, holds class Sunday’s at 11 located in the Top of the Podium training center in Sterling VA.
