Rock Solid Teens program is a character education course designed by Grandmaster Azad to help empower teens to recognize their potential.

Rock Solid Teens (RST) program is a character education course taught by Grandmaster Azad. The goal of the program is to help teens to recognize their potential and apply positive mental attitude in all aspects of their life regardless of life’s challenges. Students learn non-violent martial arts, positive philosophy with empowering life skills, effective communication skills, taking personal resp

onsibility, positive conflict resolution techniques, physical fitness, academic goal setting, reducing stress level and gaining high levels of concentration.

Hey everyone!
Azad's Martial Arts Center is holding the Annual Back To School Supplies Drive again. We are super excited to help hundreds of children in our Chico school district. Please help the kiddo's in our community by purchasing a new backpack and fill it up with all the basics a child or teenager may need for school. Items such as Notebooks, pencils, pens, sharpener, eraser, ruler, etc will be of great use.
We will deliver the items to schools and kids in August before schools are back in session.
