As women we loved to be liked and it's confronting when we aren't.
But the truth is its impossible to be everyone's cup of tea, so we seek approval from people we cant never please?
If everyone likes you then you are probably playing it safe. Perhaps it's time to take a stand for something even if that creates a wave.
