Practice being in the present moment , enjoying it and savoring it a couple of times a day!
At the same time you will be practicing awareness of the present moment, your mind, body and the senses.

A great opportunity to practice it is when having a meal.

THE PRACTICE STEPS:
1.Give thanks for being blessed by this amazing food
2. Look at it and enjoy the way it looks
3.Focus on your meal fully, give your undivided attention to it,
4.Smell it and enjoy the way it smells
5.Put it in your mouth and feel the texture of the food
6.Taste it
7.Chew it really well
8.Eat slowly and mindfully
9.chase any kinds of thoughts away and keep focusing on your meal
10. Repeat this practice for the next couple of days
