Wild Wednesday! Clarence Clay sent us these two photos of him styling the olive green pants and the black 10-Miler pants. Important note and quote for this weekend regarding the red shirt: "the red shirt, I don’t know if you heard about Washington’s Summer league team DC Defenders they’re going to the United Bowl at Audi field, that is the DC United soccer team field this weekend. it will be a football game for the United title."

Can we get some feedback please on t-shirts? We've had numerous requests for ones with our logo but we want to know if you want long or short sleeve, logo on the upper left or right chest or a large one in the center? Or maybe you want one on the back? And do you want our patch on the lower side hem as well? Color preferences too. We've been asked for black and gray. Any others?

For Friday's end of week post, we have Donnell Smith in his lime green 10-Miler. We love the hat logo match! Speaking of hats, does anyone have any suggestions as to quality US based hat sources that can do nice logos for us? We're having a real tough time with it and we want to offer coordinating pieces.

Once again it's time for a reminder regarding delivery addresses. Our label and shipping system is completely automated. What this means is that our system automatically generates labels according to the SHIPPING address input or in a customer profile. It does not reference billing addresses, make comparisons to it, or question why there is a difference. It will alert us if an address is incomplete or a zip code doesn't match. But that's it. We cannot go into customer profiles and make any address changes or presume to know ourselves what address a customer wants their order shipped to if there is a difference between billing and shipping addresses. Many people have different billing and shipping addresses.
Please ensure BEFORE hitting the submit button that your shipping address is full, and accurate. We do not accept responsibility or blame for customer errors. Due to our 24 hour shipping time during the week, we sometimes can catch a package and make a manual label, but that does not make a permanent change in a profile. Please please get the addresses correct. We want you all to receive your orders efficiently and quickly free from delivery errors. Thank you everyone!

Hey everyone, we're back to our regular posting and schedule after a long productive journey driving across the US from Florida to DC then to Wyoming; 2500 beautiful miles! So much great work and lookey-loo tourism was accomplished!
Here we have Bryant Simmons in his yellow 10-miler and navy 10-miler. He sent these in to us quite some time ago and we apologize for the delay in posting Bryant, you look great! We couldn't edit out the blurriness though so sorry for the quality.
We have new suits arriving this week and Carlton with Therunwayisclearshow plus Mustafah with DC Decades and Coach Ronnie provided valuable insight into what DC wants for future items. Thank you to everyone!

HAPPY FRIDAY!!! It's been a while since we featured the ladies so here we go again with Mekaneedtostudy in her Spring appropriate yellow 10-miler and Louis bag. A perfect combo!
I spend the past 2 amazing full days with Lida of Prince and Princess store in Georgetown, Mustafa Tariq with DC Decades show, and Carlton Gormes with Therunwayiscleashow, and Coach Ronnie, getting all kinds of "T" about the current DC scene, the youth scene here, products the DC customers want to see, pricing structure, and recording a podcast with therunwayisclearshow which will air on YouTube June 1. A 20% discount code is provided in the podcast.
I want to thank all those new friends who generously provided their time, efforts, information, excitement and show to help propel Moss Brown up and forward to better serve you as a company. The youth and women are not forgotten in this but an integral part, so we appreciate your inputs and feedback.

More photos of the very productive Georgetown, DC trip! Me and Lida at Prince and Princess. Lida and her store have been an integral part of Moss Brown since our store closed in the 1980's. Thank you so much Lida for hosting me, providing me with all the background information and your brand loyalty! Then there's me, you customer support rep, in front of our old store at 1522 Wisconsin Ave, NW, DC. It's now blue; I'm partial to the original natural finish, lol. The last photo is of Mustafa Tariq from DC Decades who has been a loyal customer since he was 14! And Mr. Carlton Gormes with therunwayisclearshow rounds out the group, He too has been a very loyal brand follower. What an amazingly fun, emotional, informative 2 days it was! As Arnold said, "I'll be baaack"!

And here we are! Carlton Gormes, me, and Coach Ronnie at therunwayisclearshow podcast recording. No dissing on my named toes ya'll, I'm a sandal girl in the summer! Missing from the photos and an important attendee is Mustafa Tariq from DC Decades. He had to leave early for an appointment but he spent valuable time with us providing important insite, especially regarding the younger generation.
I am wearing an original 1st generation Moss Brown Goretex jacket, a blast from the past. So we have a representation of where "Moss" started, where it currently is, and now I have info as to where we need to go/be. Stay tuned at mossbrown.com!

Happy Tuesday evening everyone!
Carlton Gormes with Therunwayisclearshow has asked me to inform anyone who wants to attend the taping of the podcast on Thursday at 3:00 at their studio in Landover MD, to please RSVP due to limited seating.
