The Gennady Sh*tik Memorial Football Tournament 2026 stands as one of the top football events in Latvia this November and December. Held indoors, it will bring together elite teams from the Baltic countries, with Riga FC among the participants. The tournament is renowned for its intense competition and has earned a reputation as one of the finest winter football events in the region. It offers an exceptional stage for clubs to demonstrate their skills and compete against some of the strongest teams from across the Baltics.

RIGA FC Academy pārliecinoši nodrošināja vietu finālā, ar rezultātu 3:0 pārspējot Rīgas FS. Komanda dominēja, radīja vairākus bīstamus momentus un efektīvi izmantoja savas iespējas uzbrukumā. Stabils sniegums aizsardzībā neļāva pretiniekiem gūt vārtus.

RFS Academy 1:1 (8:7) FS Jelgava

Otrajā pusfinālā valdīja spriedze un līdzvērtīga cīņa. Pamatlaiks noslēdzās ar rezultātu 1:1, un uzvarētāja noteikšanai bija nepieciešami pēcspēles sitieni. Nerva stindzinošā sērijā RFS Academy ar 8:7 pārspēja FS Jelgava, izcīnot vietu turnīra finālā.

RIGA FC Academy confidently secured their place in the final with a 3:0 victory over Rīgas FS. The team dominated the match, created several dangerous chances, and made efficient use of their opportunities in attack. A solid defensive performance prevented the opponents from scoring.

RFS Academy 1:1 (8:7) FS Jelgava

The second semifinal was filled with tension and an evenly matched fight. Regular time ended 1:1, and the winner had to be decided in a penalty shoot-out. In a nerve-wracking series, RFS Academy triumphed 8:7 over FS Jelgava, earning their spot in the tournament final.
