Full body workout at home 1 dumbbell. 💪 goblet squat. 💪side Lunge to halo. 💪plank pull through. 💪bridge and tricep press. 💪20 sec hard out Burpees 👉40 sec / 20 off and complete 3-4 rounds If you have time finish this session with a walk to complete the hour .

This is my AMRAP Reset workout.

We worked for 7 minutes using a rep ladder format (4–6–8–10) to build each set.

It’s all about getting into the mindset zone — tuning into the body and exploring the movement, especially on the resets. Movement can be playful. We all move a little differently, and through repetition, we improve. Things start to feel more natural, more fluid.

Movement is medicine, people 🥰
And good tunes go a long way

Some of my favorite upper body move using the single strap set up on the trx.
10reps of each for 3-4 rounds should suffice

This is my Endurance super set circuit 1a reformer control front 1b reformer tricep dips & and Leg Kick 2a front squat and thruster 2b side plank leg lift 3a KB sn**ch. 3b push ups 4a Inverted row. 4b criss cross 5a multi directional lunges biceps up right row and lateral raises. 6a staggered shifting row and rotate 6b Hanging knee raises
