MOTIVATION
Need some motivation?
Motivation is something that everyone needs.
Some are good with āself motivationā and some arenāt.
Your aim is to find out what motivates you and build upon it so that you can be very self motivated as time goes on.
If you look in the mirror, non-motivated, on a daily, things need to change. š
You need ambitions, goals, wants and needs. These things will get you up everyday, will get you working hard and achieving BIG!
Lets list some motivation examples below that people use for fitness and health:
- Weight Loss
- Lean muscle
- Aesthetics
- To be the best
- Role model to your kids
- To be a better person
- To be a better person for your partner
- To be able to more activities
- To succeed more
- To get to the next fitness goal
- To become more happy
- To earn more wealth
- To improve time management
- To look great on holidays
- To look amazing on wedding day
Etc etc etc
We could list a 100 more things right!?
The only reason why you āarenāt motivatedā is because you have nothing to aim for, not because you āarenāt a motivated person in generalā.
Everyone is building a fire inside themselves for lifeās survival, maybe even a few fires. This fire needs to be worked on, daily. If you donāt feed that fire, it will eventually go out. You need to feed that fire to bonfire night standards! Thatās when s**t starts to happen! š„¢
Everyday or at least every other, you need to look at your goal as a reminder, maybe grab an external motivational source such as music, a motivational speaker, a Youtube channel or even a family member, then take those āmotivational sticksā and add them to your fire! š„
So where does motivation really come from?
IT COMES FROM WITHIN!
Only you can build that deep internal fire..
