Stronger, energised and sexier than ever
We’ve followed Angela’s journey as she walked 140km from Portugal to Spain. 🇵🇹➡️🇪🇸
We’ve watched her regain strength after ongoing illness.
Angela values her health above everything because she knows what it’s like to dice with it. Living with a lifelong condition means she never takes it for granted.
But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t want to be strong, fit, and hot as f*ck. 🔥
Over these 10 months, what you’ve seen is relentless consistency.
Patience through hard weeks.
Slowing down when her body said so.
Taking naps when she needed them.
Eating more when I advised.
Fueling up.
Eating carbs till they came out of her ears. 🍝
And above all her ability to keep looking forward.
Knowing a week of rest helps her long-term, not holds her back.
Knowing holidays aren’t setbacks, but a chance to recharge and come back stronger.
Because there’s no such thing as a setback.
Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and move forward with even more intent.
And while health will always be her highest value, that moment she rocked a cropped shirt and jeans this weekend feeling incredible in her own skin said it all. 💫

From stuck to unstoppable ✨
When my client L first reached out, she’d already done so much on her own , losing three stone and proving her determination. But despite all that effort, she still didn’t feel like herself and never lifted weights

As a busy working mum with a demanding, high-profile career, she was juggling everything… except time for her. She felt frustrated with her body, low in energy, and trapped in a cycle of low moods and anxiety.

She told me she wanted to change not just how she looked, but how she felt.
We fast forward three months, and honestly… you wouldn’t recognise her. 🌟
She’s now lifting weights in the gym independently three times a week, something she’d never done before. She loves getting stronger and confidence on the up too .

From skipping meals, which wasn’t helping everything to never missing one her diet’s being transformed .

Between these two pictures she never lost a pound but gained the confidence to wear sleeveless clothes and see herself in a new light .

Now here’s the thing. Three months in she started a new job with BIG responsibilities and it had been her priority.

BUT

She’s never given up. It’s sometimes messy but that’s life . We push on because L is just getting started
L is proof that when you commit to yourself, everything changes. 💪💖

365 days a year …
I took this picture today, just before heading to the airport for a bit of winter sun. No posing or filters or good underwear 🫠🤣
I’m not a fan of posting in my gym un**es but to open up the conversation around short-term, “event-based” health and fitness.
Long gone are the days where I dieted for a bikini, a celebration, or a holiday. My mind does go into that space and I have to talk it around as I wouldn’t even want to go back to that mindset now.
I’ve reached a place where my body feels good to be in.�I’m not ripped �I’m strong.�I have definition.�My clothes fit me really well.�I enjoy a meal out every week.�I have chocolate every day.�And I feel fu***ng phenomenal
Getting here hasn’t come from restriction or extremes it’s come from consistency and holding myself to high standards, 365 days a year.
If I wanted to run a 10K or take on a challenging hike in six weeks, I could ,because I’ve built a baseline of strength and fitness I can always call on.
Our bodies deserve that from us not short bursts of panic or restriction, but daily respect and care.
And here’s the thing when you’re in a community that operates from high standards, it keeps everyone elevated. If I were to let my own standards slip, I’d be letting others down too.
We’re not here chasing smaller bodies.�We’re here building fitter, stronger, healthier ones. And the by product of that is confidence in abundance and a body you love.
When you hold high standards for yourself especially in the moments when no one’s watching ,that’s when you stay in shape, in control, and in confidence all year round.
We’re not lowering the bar.�We’re raising it.�And we’re doing it together. 💪🔥

Yeehaw! 🤠 Cara
When she first joined my in-person weight training classes, she’d never lifted a weight before. An avid yogi, a bit apprehensive about the gym but she showed up anyway. 💪
Cara had previously been stuck on what she called a “grim diet” super restrictive, no carbs, no joy, no energy. And as a professional woman with two small children, running on empty just wasn’t an option.
Fast forward to now… we’ve been working 1:1 on her lifestyle, mindset, and nutrition and she’s thriving.
✨ Within the first week she was eating carbs again (at most meals!), enjoying three full meals a day, snacks, and family meals out on the weekends all guilt-free.
✨ She hasn’t gained a pound, but her body is transforming more toned, more defined, more sculpted.
✨ She’s stronger, fitter, more confident than ever and loving how she looks and feels in her early 40s.
She knows the long-term benefits of strength training as she ages…
…but she also wants to look 🔥 right now —and why the hell not?
This week, her goal is actually to do less: less exercise, less stressing and more rest, more nourishment.
Because the strategies I give my clients aren’t complicated.
But they sure as hell work. 💥

She said glow up — I said blow up. 💥

We’re not just changing how we look we’re redefining what middle age even means. Becoming the version of ourselves we imagined, but better.

These are the kind of conversations happening daily in my 1:1 client WhatsApp group (usually while Alan’s massaging my b***s, because... real life 😅).

Last night, we were all celebrating how incredible we felt heading out totally different women, at totally different stages, with totally different goals.
But with one shared energy:
✨ We want to be our best selves.
✨ We want other women to win too.

This is the vibe inside this space women becoming happier, more confident, radiant, sexy and allowing themselves to express it, because they’re being encouraged to.

The more she says, “I’m hot,” the more she feels it. 🔥

We celebrate everything the shinier skin, the stronger lift, the bigger smile, the simple joy of feeling good again.

And the ripple effect?
One woman went from “I’m missing out” to buying herself a fierce leather piece for winter because why not feel hot as hell?

Some of these women said yes a year ago… and their transformations have been nothing short of phenomenal.
