🟢 Classes are £7 pay as you go (Book and pay in advance of class)

🟠 Clubbercise classes are taught in a semi darkened room with disco lights and glowsticks with easy to follow routines. 90's tunes up to present day chart hits.

🟡 you are anxious about gyms or classes in a bright room or feel self conscious these classes are for you.

🟣🟢 Exciting News! 🟡🔴

I am thrilled to have been asked to walk in a three legged race with Scott Dalton from BBC Radio Lincolnshire on Wednesday the 5th November to support Children In Need fundraising.

We will be walking from Haven Holiday Site to Skegness Railway Station where another person will then take over with Scott. The full itinerary of the journey and further details are on the link below along with a link if anyone would like to donate to this fabulous charity 😀

Pudsey will be around for support and if you would like to cheer us on we will be leaving Haven at 8.15am along Richmond Drive 🐾

A huge shout out to my Dance Fitness ladies and a massive thank you from me at the end of this term. Unfortunately you are not all on this photo but you know who you all are ❤️.

Every week I throw choreography at you and when we start the term you all think I'm bonkers 😊 by the end of the term you dont even need me to tell you whats next, you are all superstars.

We dance, giggle, wiggle, squat and shimmy together every week and I am very grateful.

Looking forward to seeing you on the 4th November, soon be Christmas! Xx
