Our first Thanksgiving as a little family was amazing! So grateful to have these moments! Happy Thanksgiving everyone 🦃🍽❤️

Hi Yogis!! It’s been a while… if you’re still here thank you for sticking around! 🤗

A-lot has changed (in the best way possible)! This past year has been a shift in so much. I was pregnant for the majority of the year, so my energy was limited, and I welcomed my baby boy in September!👶

With these changes obviously my business had some shifts and I took a break from posting on social media, and have been on maternity leave for the past few months!

With my plans to start back at teaching, I have some new exciting offerings.

Firstly, I am starting my private lessons back up. As of today I am offering 30-60 minute yoga private lessons online, if in person is what you’re looking for them DM me and I can make some arrangements.

Secondly I am starting a new online Saturday yoga class at 12pm. If you’re interested let me know and I’ll send you the information! 🎉

Tuesday: 9am
Wednesday: 9:30am
Saturday: 9am in my backyard
Sunday: 9am on the studio porch w/Hali Forshee of Flowandglow_yoga

this Sunday I’ll be teaching a 9am slow flow yoga class Yoga with Integrity by Julie. Then I will scoot on over to Keller's Kats Rescue Inc. and teach a Cat Yoga class at 1pm. Make sure to sign up ahead of time!!🤍🐈‍⬛🐾
