YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!!! That is just a fact! I am so astounded by your support and generosity. Thank you to all who came to class, and thank you to those who made drop offs. The back of my truck is FULL with food thanks to you. Great job in class today, I sure had fun and I hope you did too.

A big "Thank You" to ATT! They have agreed to donate space for this years YOGA FOR YUMMIES. Remember this is a food drive for the local food bank, no $$ for classes just food. Start to get friends excited! Look for the date to be on a saturday some time before Christmas.
