Take a moment..

Do you describe your life as “busy”?
We all do right? Its the new norm; full schedules, multiple jobs, children, partners, housemates, events, occasions, appointments, and normally quite far down the list - time for yourself.

When I feel full, a moment of mindfulness helps calm the noise, put things in perspective and provides clarity.
Below is one of my favourite guided meditations. It’s beginner friendly, and will set the tone for the rest of your day.
