I am currently looking for 3 individuals that have fitness goals he or she would like to attain and needs help reaching those goals. The cost to you is absolutely free. All I ask is that you be willing to work to be the change you want to see. Having a gym membership and access to weights is a plus but the work can be done at home as well. This is a first come first serve basis so the first 3 individuals to comment will be the selected clients I will work with.
