May zoom yoga! I’m teaching slow flow classes on Wednesdays 5/10, 5/17, 5/24, & 5/31. Classes are 9:30 AM-10:30 AM

This month we will be doing yoga for gardeners! Our classes we be focused on hip and lower back mobility as well as core strength. This will help to protect our backs & “get low” in the garden!

March zoom yoga! I’m teaching slow flow classes on 3/8, 3/15, & 3/22 from 9:30am-10:30am.

This month’s classes will be all about stimulating our immune systems. Change of the seasons can bring on lots of colds and viruses. Lots of twists and breathing exercises to clean out the cobwebs!

January zoom yoga! I’m teaching slow flow classes on 1/4, 1/18, & 1/25 from 9:30am-10:30am.

This month’s classes will be all about back health! There’s lots of hazards to the health of our backs in the winter; slipping on ice, shoveling, the cold/damp weather exacerbating pain. In January we will be focused on strengthening our backs as well as giving them some much needed TLC!

December Zoom Offerings!
I will be teaching Slow Flow yoga classes 12/7, 12/14, & 12/28 from 9:30 AM-10:30 AM on zoom!

This month we will be slowing things down and turning inward as 2022 comes to an end. Sequences will have a gentler focus and a slower pace to give our bodies a break during the hectic holiday season. We will be finishing each December class with a Yin posture to slow down and soak in the calm!

November Zoom Offerings!

I will be teaching Slow Flow yoga classes 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, &11/30 from 9:30 AM-10:30 AM on zoom!

November kicks off the holiday season and the cold weather! While the holiday season brings joy and family time, this time of year can also bring difficult emotions, grief, isolation, and/or stress. Our focus for November will be bringing movement and flexibility to the areas of our body that hold our emotions (hips, shoulders, neck, back, etc.) Take a break from the hectic holiday season to move with me! Take what you need & leave the rest!
