⭐️This Official Lagree Level 1 Training includes:
1. Full access to the Lagree Academy Portal
2. 24 Hour Level 1 Certification
3. Pre/Postnatal and Injury Modifications
4. Learning to build Effective Routines
5. Official Lagree Certificate
6. Ability to take Lagree Level 2 course
👩🏽🏫Mentorship will be for 6 weeks after the training course is completed. We will meet once a week in person or virtually to practice teaching, go over new exercises, policies, other pertinent information.
Cost: $2600
$600 non-refundable deposit due at registration
$2100 due before the beginning of the training course. Payment plan can be discussed.
