This update is all about leveling upโimproving how we lead, how we manage our resources, and how we support our players. With a renewed focus on talent identification and stricter financial accountability through our new ledger and voucher systems, we are building an organization that the people of Baras can be truly proud of.
We are especially excited about our expanded objectives, which now include a dedicated mandate to support our youth and protect them from negative social influences through sports. From our new official color palette to our structured U-18 divisions, every change has been made with the goal of excellence in mind. We invite all members to review the new protocols regarding membership fees and equipment handling as we work together to keep the spirit of volleyball alive and thriving in our community.
