These are conservative annual pitch counts. Especially for a team or training facility. Most also use our targets for batting practice, live ABs, and catcher throw downs.
We started with 25 pitches beginning at age 5. Then we multiplied 25 pitches by the subsequent ages. Example: age 10 is 250 pitches.
Divide $400 by the total number of pitches to calculate the cost per pitch. We also offer a $300 and a $60 strike zone.
If you throw to our target 100 times a year, don’t share with teammates, then quit after 4 years . . . that’s $1 per throw. You could still recoup costs by selling to a team or listing on FB Marketplace.
