Your brain craves patterns and familiarity. If you’re consistently focused on WISHING for something or HOPING it will change. If you keep the “this is happening TO me” mentality, you’ll subconsciously be looking for problems and things.

I overindulged yesterday. Cake. Cheesy potatoes. Ham. Reese’s Eggs.

I really enjoyed myself. I got up this morning, drank my pre and crushed a workout. My nutrition has been on point today and The to do list is DONE.

Just so you know, you don’t have to be perfect to be successful. Life was meant to be enjoyed.

Life is for living. I’m going to go for it. You should too ❤️. There’s always room for you.
