Pyrex bowl salad challenge!!!

I challenge you to eat a colorful and delicious veggie loaded salad in your biggest Pyrex bowl for at least one meal! Mine has banana peppers, bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, shredded carrots, spring mix greens, salted pumpkin seeds, feta cheese crumbles and homemade low calorie ranch dressing.
